Viral DX accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or personal damage that might occur as a result of using our service.
Sending You E-Mail:
In exchange for using Viral DX, you agree to receive updates from Viral DX and periodic offers via e-mail. In addition, we will send general news and announcements about
Viral DX and any other offers that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you may log into your
Viral DX account and uncheck the Receive Messages From Admin. box. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of
Viral DX in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues, as can be proven in a court of law.

You understand that any claims made by Viral DX, represents only potential results and DOES NOT guarantee what you may personally experience. The number of hits to your web site will vary depending on how many people sign up under your account and of the efforts in your traffic building organization.
Spam or U.C.E.
You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is strictly forbidden. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using
Viral DX.
Account Termination:
Viral DX reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of
Viral DX.
Account Rejection:
Viral DX may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network
that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Viral DX's discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has
pornography, or contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.
Changes To Our Terms Of Service:
Viral DX reserves the right to change these terms whenever we wish and for whatever reason we feel necessary without any prior warning. You must comply with any new changes to these terms within 7 days of its posting on our web site.
